I will never forget the day my dad came home from work and said that we were getting DISHTV. He had seen a commercial at work advertising the satellite TV and he was ready to call them right then but he didn’t have access to a phone at work. My mom tried to talk him out of it but there was no stopping him. Once my dad got it in his head to do something then that was it. He was always talking about how great it would be to have satellite TV and now he was getting it.

DISHTV has excellent programming packages. They have 5 package deals all for under $50.00 per month right now. When ours was finally installed my dad was really in heaven. My mom had to unplug the TV just to get my dad to come and eat super. After a while even my mom started getting into the satellite. She really enjoyed the romance movies.

Unfortunately, I’ve come to realize that on most days of the week, there are not too many exciting and entertaining shows that you can watch on the television. Surprisingly, I will find myself flipping from channel to channel just to land upon a show that I might possibly be interested in. And since I am a young man, I am not to amused by those romantic or sensitive shows that appeal to mostly women. So in other words, you will not see me watching the Lifetime channel if my life depended on it. But like I stated above, there are only a few really good shows that come on during the week. My best show, at this moment is Grey’s Anatomy, which some people say appeals to mostly women. But I find the show very appealing and the storyline superb. So I will continue watching this show.
